Yes, there is a self-service freezer in the laundry room at the entrance and in Washhouse II.

With forest fire danger levels 1 and 2, you may use your barbecue or gas cooker with the necessary caution. From forest fire danger level 3 onwards, we unfortunately have to prohibit their use. There are cooking facilities in our sanitary buildings. Cooking tokens are available at reception (€1 = 30 minutes & 2 hotplates). Unused tokens can be returned and refunded.

Please bring an extension cable (e.g. a cable reel) and a 3-pin CEE adapter with you.

In all rental accommodations, dogs are allowed. An additional final cleaning fee and a dog fee apply (see price list). Please bring your own blanket for your four-legged friend. Dogs are not allowed on the beds.

Upon arrival, you will receive a shower card which you can top up with credit. Shower usage is charged by the second: €5 = 15 minutes. Any unused credit will be refunded.

You can find the pitch you booked on our site map, see the homepage. For tents, the pitch number stated in your booking does not refer to a specific pitch, as our tent area is not numbered. We are happy to take requests regarding the location of your pitch, but unfortunately cannot guarantee them.

Payment on site can be made in cash or by EC card.

Wi-Fi can be booked subject to availability. Please check the reception on your device on site. €2 for 3 days (access for 2 devices)
