RESERVATION

During the main holiday period, only individual reservations are accepted; group reservations are not possible. Please submit your reservation request in writing. For all contractual services, only the terms and prices stated in the documents valid for the respective travel period shall apply. Information provided by telephone, verbal agreements and other assurances are not binding. The booked periods, camping units and rental accommodations are binding. Changes, such as alterations to the booked period, are only possible in exceptional cases; changes during the main holiday period are not possible. In the event of early departure, no refund will be given. Upon conclusion of the reservation agreement, a first deposit of approximately €150.00 (pitch fee) and a reservation fee (processing fee) of €15.00 are due within 14 days. The second deposit is due 4 weeks before arrival. You will receive confirmation by email for each payment received. Any additional costs are to be paid on site. LATE PAYMENT The payment due dates stated in the reservation agreement are binding. If a payment is more than 5 days overdue, the landlord/operator reserves the right to terminate the agreement extraordinarily without prior notice. Any deposits already paid will be retained as cancellation fees. For short-notice bookings, the stated payment deadlines do not apply and a single full payment may be required. PAYMENT Payment must be made in advance. Additional persons, tourist tax and any other additional charges are payable on arrival. No refund will be given in the event of early departure. The prices payable are based on the price list applicable on the date of arrival. CHANGE OF PITCH NUMBER / RENTAL ACCOMMODATION Campingplatz Pommernland GmbH reserves the right to make an equivalent change to the booking if this appears necessary for special reasons. MAIN TRAVEL PERIOD The main travel period runs from 13 May to 3 September 2026, as well as the main season outside this period. Reservations can no longer be changed after 13 May 2026. In the event of cancellation after 13 May 2026, the full cost of the booked stay will be due and charged as a cancellation fee. This also applies to deposits already paid. For cancellations made before 13 May 2026 for the specified main travel period, our cancellation policy applies.

If you withdraw from the contract, we may charge a reasonable compensation. In the event of cancellation outside the main travel period/main season, the following percentages of the total amount will be charged as a flat-rate cancellation fee: 45 days before arrival (start of rental period): 25% of the total price 30 days before arrival (start of rental period): 50% of the total price 15 days before arrival (start of rental period): 100% of the total price In the event of a later cancellation or early departure, the full rental price is payable. If you cancel before the periods stated above, we charge a €25.00 cancellation fee. If a deposit has already been paid, we will retain the cancellation fee and refund the remaining deposit once you have provided your bank account details. We reserve the right to reallocate the unused pitch or rental accommodation to another guest at short notice. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. IMPORTANT! Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite. Please ensure that dogs do not leave any mess behind. MINORS Camping without a parent or legal guardian is permitted from the age of 16 and only upon presentation of written permission from the parents, including a telephone number at which they can be reached.

ARRIVAL Pitches and rental accommodations are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Subject to availability, arrival before 2:00 p.m. may be possible in individual cases. This cannot be booked in advance! An additional fee of €10.00 applies for arrivals between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. If you arrive before 2:00 p.m. and early arrival is not possible on the campsite, you must use the surrounding public parking areas at your own expense until the official arrival time. If you are arriving after 6:00 p.m., please notify us in advance. DEPARTURE On the day of departure, the pitch must be left clean and vacated by 11:00 a.m., and all outstanding charges must have been paid. In the event of exceeding the departure time, an additional fee may be charged. Properly vacating the pitch, however, remains the guest’s primary obligation. During the low season, later departure may be possible with the prior approval of the reception. All rented items (shower cards, cooking tokens, TV cables, etc.) must be returned before departure. Deposits for rented items sent by post will not be refunded! For further questions and information, our campsite staff will be happy to assist you. Subject to errors and changes!
